Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@murgbeauty.com to request a return.
Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund

Refund amount = product cost only, minus shipping fees
