Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned.

Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item for another MURG product within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Email hello@murgbeauty.com with your order number and the product you would like instead. Return shipping for exchanges of non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility, and we will ship the replacement to you at no charge.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@murgbeauty.com to request a return.
Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund

Refund amount = product cost only, minus shipping fees

Please note that once a refund is issued, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
